AI Usage Policy
What the models see, what they are for, and what they are not.
Where AI is used
Noema composes Experiences with the help of large language models, reached through a gateway we operate. AI shapes what you read: the framing of an Experience, the questions inside it, the way a concept is put. It does not decide what you are entitled to, does not change your account, and does not act on your behalf.
What the model receives
A generation request carries a narrowly scoped slice of context — the intent you expressed and the parts of your calibration relevant to it — never your full history and never your email address or account credentials. If you add an optional note about yourself in onboarding or Profile, that note is included. Prompts are versioned and reviewed, and model output is validated against a fixed contract before anything reaches you.
Training
We do not train models on your content.
Accuracy
Generated text can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it can sound certain while being none of those things. Read it as a prompt for your own thinking. Noema is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional service, and its output is not advice or a diagnosis. Decisions you take remain yours.
Noema uses AI to create Experiences, including their text and images. AI-generated content is marked as such and may contain errors. Images made with AI are original illustrations and may carry technical markers that identify them as AI-generated.
Each Experience is shown with the line “AI-generated, may be wrong”.
What you may not generate
- Content that is illegal, or that facilitates harm to yourself or another person.
- Hate speech, harassment, or sexual content involving minors.
- Malware, exploits, or instructions for weapons or attacks.
- Impersonation of a real person, or synthetic content presented as something they said or did.
- Attempts to bypass the system’s instructions, extract prompts, or drive the model outside the product’s purpose.
Your inputs
You are responsible for what you put in. Only submit content you have the right to submit, and do not include other people’s personal data, credentials, or confidential material.
Rights in what comes out
You may use the Experiences composed for you freely, for yourself. Similar prompts can produce similar text for other people, so no exclusivity over generated wording is claimed by us or available to you. If you believe generated content infringes your rights, write to noema.create@gmail.com and we will review it and remove it where the claim holds.
Moderation
We may filter or refuse a generation, remove content, and suspend accounts that use AI features in the ways listed above. Repeated or serious misuse ends the account.
