The agreement between you and Noema, in plain language.
Who you are agreeing with
Noema is the supplier and operator of the Service. Noema is operated by Hlib Serediuk, sole trader (Ukraine). By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Who may use Noema
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must also be able to enter a binding agreement. One account belongs to one person; do not share your credentials.
What Noema is — and is not
Noema generates personalised conceptual Experiences. It is a tool for thinking, not a medical, psychological, legal or financial service. It does not diagnose, treat or advise, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Generated content
Experiences are produced with the help of AI models and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Judge them for yourself before acting on them. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You grant Noema only the permission needed to operate the service for you: to store your content, and to send narrowly scoped parts of it to model providers so an Experience can be generated. We do not use your content to train models and we do not publish it.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or circumvent access controls or usage limits.
- Do not use Noema to generate content that is illegal or that harms other people.
- Do not resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
Free and paid plans
The free plan includes a limited number of Experiences and does not expire. Noema Plus is a subscription billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown before you confirm.
Noema is the supplier and operator of the Service. Paddle is our authorised reseller, Merchant of Record, and transactional seller. Paddle handles billing, payment, invoice, and approved refund processing. Noema handles product support, privacy requests, and legal support. Payment, billing, tax and invoicing are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues to the end of the paid period and does not renew. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, and if you are a consumer in the EU your statutory right of withdrawal applies on top of it. Availability
Noema is a prototype under active development. Features can change and interruptions can happen. The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Governing law and changes
Ukrainian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms. We will give you notice of material changes before they take effect, at least 30 days in advance where a change is to your disadvantage. If you keep using Noema after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using Noema and delete your account before then.
