What you are charged, when it renews, and how to stop it.
What Noema Plus is
Noema Plus is a subscription to a wider daily allowance inside Noema. It is billed either monthly or once a year, whichever you choose at checkout, and it renews automatically until you cancel. The price you see before you confirm is the price you pay; any tax due in your country is shown at checkout.
Who takes the payment
Noema is the supplier and operator of the Service. Paddle is our authorised reseller, Merchant of Record, and transactional seller. Paddle handles billing, payment, invoice, and approved refund processing. Noema handles product support, privacy requests, and legal support.
When you are charged
The first charge happens the moment you confirm the checkout. After that you are charged on the same date each month, or each year, until the subscription ends. Paddle emails you a receipt for every charge.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, and it takes two clicks:
- Open your profile in Noema and find the Plan row.
- Choose Cancel Plus and confirm.
Cancelling stops the renewal. You keep everything Plus includes until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. You can restart Plus at any time. If you would rather not do it in the app, write to noema.create@gmail.com or manage the subscription from the receipt Paddle sent you at paddle.net.
Refunds
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is an additional supplier guarantee. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Plus stays on while Paddle retries over the following days and we show you a notice in the app. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan. Nothing you have created is deleted.
Price changes
If the price of Plus changes, the new price applies from your next renewal and never retroactively. We will tell you before it takes effect, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
Free plan
The free plan is not a trial and does not expire. Cancelling Plus returns you to it rather than locking you out, and your history stays complete.
